1. These terms
These are the terms on which we supply goods and services. Please read them before placing an order. They explain who we are, how we provide services or goods, your rights, and our rights.
You are a consumer if you purchase wholly or mainly for personal use, not for your trade or business.
If you are a business customer these terms constitute the entire agreement between us.

If we have to contact you we will do so by phone, email, or post using the details you provided in your order.
3. Our contract with you
Your order is accepted when we confirm by email or phone, at which point a contract forms. If we cannot accept your order we will inform you and you will not be charged.
4. Our services and goods
- We repair and supply automotive electronic components such as instrument clusters and related parts.
- Images of goods are illustrative. Packaging may differ.
- Minor cosmetic marks may be present on refurbished parts.
5. Your rights to make changes
Contact us if you wish to change your order. We will confirm if the change is possible and any effect on price or timing.
6. Our rights to make changes
We may make minor changes to reflect law or technical updates. For significant changes we will give notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
7. Providing the services or goods
- Delivery costs are shown on our website or confirmed during ordering.
- Most repairs are completed within one working day of receipt, subject to parts availability.
- Risk passes to you on delivery or collection; ownership passes when full payment is received.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will keep you informed.
- If items remain uncollected or unpaid for 90 days after notice, we may charge storage or dispose of them after giving reasonable notice.
8. Your rights to end the contract
- If goods are faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract or receive a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for most distance sales. See sections 9–11.
- You may also end the contract if we have told you of significant changes you do not accept or if we are in breach.
9. How to end the contract with us
Email info@luneautoelectronics.co.uk or call 01524 489480 with your order number, name and address. For returns, send goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
10. Return of goods
- Return goods to the address above or request a prepaid label if eligible.
- You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation unless we arrange collection.
- You pay return postage unless the goods are faulty or we are otherwise at fault.
11. Refunds
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or receiving proof of posting, whichever is sooner.
- If you handle goods beyond what is reasonable in a shop we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
- Delivery charges are refunded up to the cost of our standard delivery option.
- For services cancelled after work has started, you pay for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
12. Our rights to end the contract
We may end the contract if you fail to pay, fail to provide required information, or fail to accept delivery after reasonable attempts. We will refund any sums for undelivered goods or unperformed services less reasonable costs incurred.
13. If there is a problem with the services or goods
Contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or complaints. We aim to resolve issues promptly.
14. Your rights if you are a consumer
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include:
- Up to 30 days: a full refund if goods are faulty.
- Up to 6 months: a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible.
- Up to 6 years: a right to claim if goods do not last a reasonable length of time.
- Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill; you can require a repeat service or price reduction if we fail to meet this standard.
15. Your rights if you are a business
We warrant that goods and services will conform to description and be free from material defects for the warranty period. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, re-performance or refund at our option after inspection. We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, tampering, fair wear and tear, or damage from external factors.
16. Lifetime Warranty
Most instrument-cluster repairs include our Lifetime Warranty covering the original repaired fault under normal use. The warranty does not cover unrelated future failures, liquid or impact damage, power faults upstream, or units opened after our seal. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
17. Price and Payment
- 17.1 The price of the goods or services will be the price confirmed when you place your order. We are not VAT-registered and no VAT will be added.
- 17.2 For goods, payment is required in full before dispatch. For services, payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 17.3 We accept payment by debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- 17.4 Business customers must pay all amounts in full without set-off or deduction (except where required by law).
- 17.5 If you believe an invoice is incorrect please contact us promptly. You will not have to pay interest until the dispute is resolved.
18. Our responsibility for loss or damage if you are a consumer
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We do not cover losses relating to business use.
19. Our responsibility for loss or damage if you are a business
- Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- All implied terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or services concerned.
20. How we use your personal information
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to supply goods or services and manage your order and warranty.
21. Other important terms
- You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms with our written consent.
- No third party has rights to enforce these terms.
- If a court finds part of this contract unlawful, the rest will continue in force.
- Even if we delay enforcing these terms, we can enforce them later.
- These terms are governed by English law. Consumers can bring claims in the courts of England & Wales or, if resident, in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Business customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
- Alternative dispute resolution details are available on request. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform if applicable.
